Next door to Sara Kulturhus in Skellefteå, a new multi-family residential building is planned. The project comprises approximately 100 condominium units, an underground parking garage, and a terrace, with the goal of achieving Miljöbyggnad Silver certification. WELS is designing the structural frame, heating and plumbing systems, and energy solutions.
